All freedom loving educated individuals know that publications like the New York Times, Washington Post, and major network news are nothing but propaganda outlets for the Democratic party now. Now they're waking up to the reality that their supposed counterparts like the Wall Street Journal aren't any better in regards to their ability to live in reality.
Low-Road Conservatives
Indiana insurgents play Mickey-Mouse politics against Dick Lugar.
That's the title of one of their articles yesterday.
First we're hobbits, now we're Mickey Mouse. I don't buy the WSJ anymore for a good reason. Its opinion makers and writers are as out of touch as the NYT leftists. They want conservatives to fall in line when the general election comes time and vote for the team with the R cap, but they sure go into a tizzy whenever people actually want a say in a primary about who gets to run in that general election. Our vote is good enough come November, but the rest of the year we're supposed to sit down, shut up and sit in the corner so they can pretend we don't exist. Then they say there is no Republican establishment because they're the obvious conservatives and call us rodents or hobbits.
Lugar has outlived his usefulness, whether or not the fact that he no longer has a residence in Indiana is legal or not. Like the WSJ writers, he's been living in a place that is out of touch with the rest of the country too long and needs to be replaced. It's that simple. Yes, that's right guys, we all don't live in the fantasy lands of Washington DC or New York City. We live in reality and we're going to drag them kicking and screaming back into it as well. Whether they like it or not.

The Propaganda Hits a New High
Why is the media celebrating 8.3 percent unemployment? Why are we accepting this as good news even if the numbers weren't absolutely bogus? Why are we accepting this at all?
8.3 percent unemployment? Sure. If you don't bother even counting 1.2 million people that have given up looking totally. Because the economy is so bad, and said 1.2 million people (including myself) have not been able to find stable, FULL-time employment for what's going on four years now, we just don't exist. How convenient for the government and this administration, isn't it? Yet if somehow, miraculously, I get a full time job tomorrow, I will be counted as employed in these propaganda styled statistics. Again, how convenient.
The real number of unemployed is estimated around 11.5 percent when you actually count living, breathing, people who can't find a job. And when you count the people who are settling for part time work when they want and need full time work, the real number is well over twenty percent. Yes, that's right. One out of every five working age people in the nation. Living breathing people. With families, and need to eat, and clothe themselves and feed themselves. People that don't want a handout and be enslaved to government programs, but want to provide for themselves. Not a static to be toyed with to see how good it can make you and your buddies look.
People.
I really can't say it any betterthan here.
So we have the water carriers cheering this, and the presumptive Republican nominee Romney accepting this but saying Obama deserves no credit for it. Instead of breaking down the lie that these numbers represent and then giving Obama (and all his big government lackeys and comrades past and present) credit for that which he deserves. The big mess the big lie is covering up.

So it was "Plan See I told you so"
So it wasn't Plan A, or Plan B. It was Plan "See I told you so". (Wish I could take credit for that, but that's the intellectual property of Rush, and his book by the similar name).
Anyway, as I've already gone through in the last post, that "Boehner plan" was just the vehicle for the Senate watering down of everything, and here we are, with that "great and wonderful" deal passed and the stock market is tanking by 250 plus points. Must be great, eh?
Just more of the same. No cuts this year, no cuts next year, and promises to cut miniscule amount starting in 2013 that will never materialize. Except maybe the military gutting part. The left wing radicals love gutting the military.
And of course we have the Ministry of Truth (otherwise known as the media such as the NY Times and Washington Post) running around saying this was a victory for the TEA party and fiscal conservatives while at the same time using the same inflammatory rhetoric like calling the fiscally sane among us terrorists and hostage takers showing their outrage that the hard left wasn't able to get even MORE tax increases on top of the massive Obamacare taxes slated to begin soon enough to run business even further into the ground. Meanwhile the EPA and other agencies are busy spitting out regulation after regulation shutting down power plants and coal mines and many other businesses under the radar.
The only sane people in this country left are those that are aligned with groups like the TEA party for spending cuts, baseline budgeting reform, and deregulation. While it's true that there's tens of millions of people already on the team, it's unfortunate that there's not nearly enough representation in Congress to reflect this large number of people. I just hope the weak and feckless leadership of the Republican party hasn't undermined the momentum of the movement. But from what I've seen, anger is dwarfing apathy, and there's going to be a lot of Republicans paying a huge price in the next Congressional elections. And I'll be just one of many of those people working to those ends.

Why the Washington Post is a joke
The headline House approves dramatic cuts in federal spending in 235-189 vote
This all about $60 billion in cuts.
Dramatic is right. Dramatically underwhelming. If you recall we are talking about a $1.6 TRILLION dollar deficit and a $3.6 TRILLION dollar budget. Even prorated, we're talking less than $110 billion in cuts. Let's do the math, shall we? Yes, that's less than 7% of the deficit, and about 3% of the entire budget. And we won't even divide by the $110 TRILLION in unfunded liabilities of SS, Medicare, and drug plan because the % is going to hundredths of 1%. Wow, yes that's dramatic. A dramatic joke, and calling it dramatic seriously is why the WaPo, NYT and most other liberal rags are considered a joke by people that actually know what's going on.
But then, some big spending, big government clown will propose say, $52 billion in spending on a high speed rail project less than 5% of people will use and call that a great investment, and not much money at all. You can't have it both ways you hypocrites.
Dramatic indeed.

CNN "Fact Checks" SNL Skit?
If this doesn't convince you how in the tank the media is for this president, then I doubt anything can. They go and "fact check" the recent SNL skit that barely even scraped at the failures of this president. Seriously, I think I live in some mirror/bizarro world these days where everything is so seriously opposite of what it should be, that you think you're stuck in some nightmare you can't wake up from. The skit was more taking Obama to task for not completing the radical left-wing agenda more than anything else. I will allow however they mentioned Afghanistan and it being worse, giving them some credit. Perhaps CNN and the other liberal-statist-controlled media should "fact check" real world events like the impact this takeover of health care would have on the quality of life of American citizens, how much it would really increase the deficit... oh I could go on, but here is just one part of this madness:

The Secret's Out
People are finally finding out what the whole politically correct thing is about. All these years that the left has been indoctrinating people via the media and public schools on political correctness has been in anticipation for this moment in history. And now they are bringing it out in full force in a deplorable attempt to silence any and all dissent to this administration's policies. It's what it has been about from the very beginning. A weapon against anybody who does not agree with their leftist agenda.
The race card has been liberal's primary weapon for decades now. And for the longest time it has worked; it was used to keep racist policies like affirmative action in place long after the need for such reverse-racist thinking needs to exist. This is the twenty-first century people. We have a black president. We don't need "quotas" for minorities in business. Yet it's been kept in place because if you aren't in favor of affirmative action you are racist.
But now people are waking up to this. When PC and the race card are used to try to stifle peoples' right to criticize the government, people are going to notice. And it's going to break more and more people out of the brainwashing they've endured over the past few decades.
This president has done the exact opposite of what he's promised in so many ways. But the two things he's doing that is going to hurt everyone in this country are his continued pursuit of destroying private business, and his apparent lack of interest that he is dividing this country further racially than it's been in decades due to his refusal to diffuse the drive-by media's rampant dropping of the race card. The president's minions' half-hearted attempts to play down this the past couple days is not a good enough statement. The president himself must come out and say so himself. Use one of these daily television appearances to do something useful for once.

Since When are Job Losses Good News?
The liberal media seems to be doing their utmost to put a positive spin on the continued tanking of the economy and job losses.
Last month the media gushed over how "only" 247,000 jobs were lost. Then it comes out yesterday the number was really 276,000. Do you think they bothered to mention that? Of course not. They were too busy trying to put a positive spin on this month's loss of 216,000 more jobs.
Here's one line in particular from Reuters: U.S. job losses fell to their lowest level in a year last month, but the unemployment rate jumped to a 26-year high, painting a mixed picture ....
A mixed picture? What?
Let me get this straight. We just lost 216,000 more jobs in this country, bringing the government reported unemployment rate to 9.7% (higher than expected) and the worst employment situation since 1983, and this is a "mixed picture"?
Boy I'd hate to see a totally depressing picture painted by the liberal media. Oh wait, when "evil incarnate" George Bush was president it was panic and all darkness and up in arms when we "only" created 5 digit jobs one month. Does anyone remember that?
The last time I checked, job creation was good news. Just amazing.
